LifeWave Distributors does not independently receive, use, or store information provided by users.  LifeWave Distributors utilizes the services of third-party providers.  It is always your choice to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a member or provide you with any services provided by us.

Individuals who register as Members on our website must provide their name, email address, and create a password. Membership information collected is stored by Wix pursuant to Wix' privacy policy.  When you access our website or conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, Wix collects personal information, log-in information, website analytics, etc. Your personal information will only be used for the specific reasons stated above.

This website uses the services of Stripe as their payment portal.  Click here to read Stripe's privacy policy statement and how they receive, use, and store personal information.  Individuals who desire to access to our Member's Area must purchase a membership plan through Stripe.  Payment information collected is received, used, and stored by Stripe pursuant to Stripe's privacy policy.  

Why Personal Information is Collected

Non-personal and Personal Information is collected for the following purposes:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Children Under the Age of 13

LifeWave Distributors is not directed to, and does not knowingly, collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).  If it is determined that such information was inadvertently collected, we shall take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our Wix' member account and Stripe's payment portal, or, as an alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information.  Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or legal guardian permission to register as a Member.
